How do the headsets work?
Simply plug the transmitters and the cables into an audio source, turn the headphones on, choose your channel and off you go! We make it easy for our clients and their events.
Participants that have a hearing loss and/or use hearing technology, please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure we provide compatible equipment.
Do you do branding?
Yes, we price per headphone. We need a suitable time period to arrange printing and delivery.
How many headphones can you supply?
We have access to over 4000 headphones across 1-20 channels. Let us know what you require.
Can we test the headphones before we hire?
Please get in touch with us to see if this is possible before your event. We will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Can we arrange LED colours to match our brand?
Our LED colours can be green, red or blue which we can set for you.
Can the LED on these headsets all be one solid colour regardless of channel?
No unfortunately not. It is also great for guests to identify they are on the right channel.
Do I need to provide any other AV for the event?
Let us know what you need precisely. We can supply a fully arranged setup with tech, handheld / head mic/ lapel microphones, mixers or recording software.
Do you record audio or video too?
Yes we do. Give us notice and we can arrange this for you.
Do you have portable battery powered transmitters to make walking tours / outside setups easy?
Yes we do. Please let us know if this is required.
Why do your headphones differ from others?
Our headphones are great for long periods with a very comfortable fit. They are robust and built to last. They also have a higher-quality sound that you would find similar to most bose or sennheiser headphones.
What cables do you supply?
We can supply either AUX, RCA or XLR depending on your event requirements.
How long does it take to charge headphones?
It can take between 2-2.5 hours if fully flat.
Do you have more photos of the headphones?
Yes you can find these on our website. If you need more feel free to ask.
Do the headphones work in the rain or on the beach?
Light rain is ok but be mindful that it is electrical equipment. We are happy for our headphones to be used on the beach but headphones must be returned in the same condition they are supplied in.
How long do rentals last?
We charge per day but can factor in a discount for a multiple-day hire.
How is the equipment delivered and how many items?
We deliver by courier or our team. We can offer time-specific or window delivery depending upon your setup. We will notify you ahead of your event of the number of Silent Sounds boxes to be delivered.
Do you offer staffing?
Yes we can do the whole event management side for you should you require. This could include a headphone host (someone who hands out and collects headphones), AV tech (someone who sets up microphones and mixers) or DJ.
What else do you provide?
We have DJ booth lightboxes, a Neon Boombox, Neon Putt Putt, Motion Graphic Ping Pong tables, an extensive range of microphones, lights and DJ equipment. These are all great for festivals, brand activations and trade shows.
